Information we receive

• This site has no forms and does not ask you to create an account.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
• Like any website, the service that hosts this site may log basic technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the browser type and the page requested. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
• When you browse the site, our measurement and advertising tools record how you use it: the pages you visit, where you came from, your device and browser type, your approximate location and the buttons you tap, such as the one to request a demo.
• This site has no fields to type into, so these tools do not receive anything you enter or the content of your messages.

Cookies

This site uses third-party measurement and advertising cookies. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can recognize your next visits. These are the tools we use:

• Google Analytics, by Google: counts visits and shows us which parts of the site are used most.
• Microsoft Clarity, by Microsoft: shows heatmaps and recordings of how people move through the site, such as where they tap and how far down the page they scroll.
• Meta Pixel, by Meta: measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, by Cloudflare: counts visits in aggregate and does not use cookies.

What we use the information for

To reply to your messages, arrange conversations about Fersya Health and follow up if you ask us to.

Measurement data helps us understand which parts of the site are useful, improve it, and measure and show our ads. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run, measure and advertise this site and communicate with you: Amazon Web Services (site hosting), Cloudflare (visit statistics), Google (visit statistics and email), Microsoft (heatmaps and browsing recordings) and Meta (WhatsApp and ads). Each of them handles information under its own policies, and some process it outside Guatemala.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as they are useful to handle your request or while we have a relationship with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Data from the measurement and advertising tools is kept according to each provider's settings and policies.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to us at fersyasystems@gmail.com and we will reply.

Patient information

This notice covers only the fersya.com website. Patient information recorded in Fersya Health is governed by the service agreement with each institution.

Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, we will publish the new version on this same page with its date.
